The Cambridge Dictionary has defined self-efficacy as a person's belief that they can be successful when carrying out a particular task. Self-efficacy is a very important aspect to one's mental health.

"Physical fitness can predict self-efficacy among college students, with exercise behavior being an important mediation of this relationship. Strategies to improve positive exercise behaviors and Physical Fitness could improve students’ self-efficacy and overall mental health."(Han et al., 2022)

Peace of Mind

Many Meta-Analyses have found a correlation between Physical exercise and how it can be used as a positive way of reducing signs of depression and anxiety in college students. As little as 30 minutes four times a week can possible make a difference in improving negative emotions.
